This project supports the Durham County Bus Priority Toolkit by developing concise, implementation-ready guidance for bus priority and BRT improvements. The effort includes renderings for 9 bus guideways, 2 priority intersections, and 12 bus stations, along with clear implementation timelines and cost analyses.
The goal is to improve transit speed, reliability, and rider experience while providing a practical framework for delivering bus priority projects across Durham County.
